Today, I am sharing my website, and with it, the journey that shaped my expression.

There comes a moment in life when everything you have created, experienced, and walked through begins to make sense in a new way.

Introduction

For years, the artist within me found its voice through colours, clay, patterns, and photography. My entrepreneurial path allowed me to build ideas with courage, and my social responsibilities helped me contribute with intention. I simply followed what felt right — creating, exploring, learning — without knowing how these pieces would come together.

My cancer journey became a turning point.

Art became my grounding and healing, and that experience drew me into Art Therapy in a very real way. It shaped me into a warrior and guided me to work with school children to help them find happiness and confidence, to support cancer patients seeking hope and courage, and to reach communities where emotional balance and quality of life were needed.

As my path unfolded, I began exploring Art Therapy more deeply —

To understand it through a vedic perspective, 

To bring ancient wisdom into creative healing, and to design modules that help communities understand Art Therapy in a meaningful, accessible way.

And while pursuing my Doctorate in Art Therapy, I realised that all these dots — the artist, the photographer, the entrepreneur, the warrior, and the therapist — were waiting to come together.

This website will allow me to begin my writing journey,

to bring these experiences into words, and to express everything I have learned in a deeper and more intentional way.

This journey has taught me, shaped me, and prepared me — and now it is time to express whatever I have learned. This website becomes the space where these reflections, insights, and expressions can finally come together.
